Yesterday Chandra and I celebrated my 21st Birthday which happened May 7th in the US. We didn’t get to celebrate together and Chandra wanted to celebrate it with me so we decided to celebrate it in India and call it my unbirthday like in Alice and Wonderland.
The night before my unbirthday we skyped Jess and then my parents. After skyping it was past midnight so we decided to exchange gifts. Chandra gave me a beautiful necklace and I gave him two shirts I had made.
The next day we woke up and went to a really fancy buffet to celebrate my unbirthday. We had champagne and ate sooo much food. They had anything you could think of there! We started with an Indian breakfast, then had pizza, a sandwich, and dessert to finish it off! It was a lot of fun to try new Indian food. The place we went to was so fancy! My favorite part was the bathroom. It was AMAZING, there was a person in the bathroom to turn on and off the faucet for me and to give me a paper towel to dry my hands on. It was so pretty in the bathroom I wanted to take photos but I figured it would creep people out.
After eating we chilled in the lobby and listened to the band play music and then headed to the mall.

ReplyDeleteIt was so much fun and the food was amazing!! It was fun to try a lot of different Indian food with out feeling like I was wasting.
